This small batch rum, steeped in tradition, is distilled using high-grade sugar cane molasses and matured in oak casks before being harmoniously tempered with a select mix of seven spices.

A sip of Blacks Spiced Irish Rum promises an exhilarating tasting experience. Upon uncorking the bottle, the nose is teased by a bouquet of vanilla, butterscotch, cola, banana, coffee, and spice, perfectly balanced by zesty notes of orange, lime and ripe pears. The journey continues on the palate with undertones of molasses, sherry, chipotle and hazelnut, leading up to an enchanting finish characterised by Guatemalan coffee, cracked black pepper, and oak.
