Canerock is a symphony of traditional rums sourced from two legendary distilleries that have shaped Jamaican rum for centuries - Long Pond and Clarendon. Each distillery contributes its unique touch; Long Pond, renowned for its heavy, funky pot still rums, gives Canerock its signature high-intensity character and structure, while Clarendon, surrounded by sugarcane fields, adds refined and elegant expressions to the mix.

Canerock is made from these traditional rums, infused with natural spices, and aged in oak casks, producing a rich and unique character. Sweet notes of vanilla intertwine harmoniously with the fruity tang of dry fruits, underpinned by delicate oak tannins. It undergoes additional maturation in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, infusing the rum with an additional layer of complexity, marked by hints of honey, candied fruits, Madagascan vanilla pods, Caribbean coconut, and Jamaican ginger.
