Prefer to pick up your order in person? We offer a convenient Click & Collect service from our store at Carry Out Tyrrelstown, Unit 7 Tyrrelstown Town Centre, Dublin 15, D15 E3C9. You can usually collect your order the next working day, making it easy to grab your favourite drinks on your schedule.

Opening Hours:

• Monday to Saturday: 10.30 am – 10 pm

• Sunday: 12.30 pm – 10 pm

Please note: Due to limited storage space, we’ll hold collection orders for 10 working days from the day they’re fulfilled. If you can’t collect within this timeframe due to extenuating circumstances (like illness or travel), simply email us at orders@thecru.ie to let us know – we’ll gladly extend the period as needed.

Orders not collected within 10 working days will be cancelled, and a restocking fee of 25% of the order value will apply. Restocking fees only apply to orders cancelled after the 10-day collection window.

Delivery Timeline:

• Typically 3 to 5 working days for most orders.

• During busy periods (like holidays), there may be slight delays – but we’ll always keep you updated.

• Please note: We are unable to offer named-day delivery or guarantee delivery by a specific date. If you need your order by a certain time, we recommend ordering early and emailing us at orders@thecru.ie – we’ll do our best to help.

• While we work closely with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery, some factors are unfortunately beyond our control once your parcel has been collected. These include delays caused by extreme weather, road closures, local access restrictions (such as events or security zones), and peak-season congestion. If your delivery address is temporarily inaccessible, the courier will attempt redelivery once access becomes available. We’re always happy to help monitor tracking, but we are unable to guarantee delivery dates or intervene in the courier’s route or timing.

Important Information:

• Orders must be placed and received by someone 18 years or older. Our drivers may request proof of age and reserve the right to retain the goods if age can’t be verified.

• We’re not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or no one being available to receive the order. In these cases, you can either:

  • Pay for reshipping, or

  • Receive a refund for the items (excluding shipping costs).

Shipping Costs:

• The prices listed below cover one shipping box. If your order requires multiple boxes, the shipping cost will be adjusted accordingly.

• Extra Large Boxes are used for items like Beer Dispenser Units, Supreme Party Hamper, Luxury Party Hamper, Premium Party Hamper, Beer Lovers Best of Irish Craft Beer Hamper (Extra-Large), Beer Lover International Craft Beer Hamper (Extra-Large), and Advent Calendars.

Note on Carriers within Ireland:
We mainly use DPD for its fast, next-day delivery across Ireland. However, for orders containing glass or particularly fragile items, we typically use An Post instead, as they handle parcels with more care and reduce the risk of damage. If you have any questions or specific requests regarding your delivery carrier, just let us know – we’re always happy to help!

How does Click & Collect work?
Order online and select Click & Collect at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is ready for collection at Carry Out Tyrrelstown, Dublin 15 – usually the next working day. Please wait for your ready for collection email before coming to the store.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 9am are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 9am are dispatched the next working day due to courier pickup times.

Can I request delivery on a specific date? 

At the moment, we don’t offer named-day delivery or guaranteed delivery by a certain date. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days, and DPD usually delivers next working day across Ireland. If you need your order by a specific time, just email us at orders@thecru.ie – we’ll always try our best to help.

Do you deliver across Ireland?
Yes – we offer fast, reliable delivery to every county in Ireland, all from our base in Dublin 15.

Do you deliver kegs and machines too?
Absolutely! We deliver kegs (including PerfectDraft, Blade, and mini kegs) and beer dispenser machines across Ireland, with careful packaging and fast shipping.

Can I track my delivery?
If you’d like tracking info or an update on your delivery, just email us at orders@thecru.ie – we’re always happy to help.

What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
If you’re not home, your carrier may leave a note or try again the next working day. You can also rearrange delivery directly with the carrier if needed.

Do you offer same-day delivery?
We don’t currently offer same-day delivery, but most Dublin orders with DPD arrive the next working day.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If you need to update your delivery address, please email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

What happens if I can’t collect my order right away?
We’ll hold collection orders for 10 working days. If you need more time, just email us and we’ll extend the period if possible. Orders not collected within 10 working days may be cancelled and subject to a restocking fee.

What carriers do you use?
We mainly use DPD for fast delivery. For fragile orders (like glass bottles), we often use An Post for extra care. If you have a preference, just let us know!

Yes – we deliver to Northern Ireland and the entire island of Ireland.
