Although the payment process takes place within TheCru.ie, we do not store your full credit or debit card details.

We may receive and retain limited information relating to a payment, such as the payment status, transaction reference and other information required to identify and manage the transaction.

We do not use your card details for marketing purposes.

8. Delivery & Click & Collect

Our delivery providers include DPD and An Post, depending on the order and destination.

Where you choose Click & Collect, we use your order and contact information to prepare your order and let you know when it is ready for collection.

9. Customer Service & Pubble

TheCru.ie also uses Pubble to provide online customer communication services.

We currently use Mailchimp as an email marketing service provider.
