Mescan Brewery, based near Westport, Co. Mayo, was founded by Belgian vet Bart Adons and Irish vet Cillian Ó Móráin. Named after St. Patrick’s personal brewer, Mescan is dedicated to producing Belgian-style beers in Ireland with authenticity and care. Their beers are unpasteurised, naturally carbonated, and brewed with precision to reflect the centuries-old traditions of Belgian brewing, while celebrating Ireland’s natural resources.
