This Blended whiskey combines 66% grain and 34% malt whiskey, creating a blend that is both smooth and complex. Initially aged for three years in first fill bourbon casks, the whiskey is then finished for an additional year in heavily charred bourbon casks, imparting a distinctive character and depth of flavour.

West Cork Distillers, founded in 2003 by childhood friends John O’Connell, Ger McCarthy, and Denis McCarthy, has grown into one of Ireland’s leading whiskey producers. Located in Skibbereen, West Cork, the distillery is dedicated to using only the finest local ingredients, and every bottle of West Cork Irish Whiskey is triple distilled, non-chill filtered, matured, and bottled on-site.
