The Blender's Cut is a meticulously crafted whiskey that harmonises five distinct whiskey types, each contributing unique characteristics due to their specific cask maturation. The blend comprises 40% dark grain whiskey matured in virgin oak, imparting a robust and spicy profile; 40% light grain whiskey aged in ex-bourbon casks, offering sweet and smooth vanilla tones; 10% double distilled malt, also in bourbon casks, enhancing the complexity with fruity and floral notes; 8% pot still whiskey from Oloroso sherry butts, adding rich, nutty flavours; and 2% peated malt whiskey from bourbon casks, which introduces a subtle smokiness. This blending strategy not only underscores Two Stacks' dedication to craft and quality but also showcases their innovative approach to creating unique Irish whiskeys.

The founders, Shane McCarthy, Liam Brogan, and Donal McLynn, bring a wealth of experience from their extensive backgrounds in the beverage industry. Their commitment is evident in their hands-on approach, overseeing every step from sourcing the finest grains to the meticulous process of cask selection and blending.
