Teeling Whiskey Company and Galway Bay Brewery, one of Ireland's most celebrated craft breweries, have been collaborating for years on what has now become the cult classic "200 fathoms" - a modern interpretation of an Imperial Stout aged in Teeling's Small Batch barrels only once a year. It was only a matter of time before we brought this collaboration full circle, reclaiming the stout-seasoned barrels and finishing a whisky with their rich, dark, malty influence. As a result, there is a genuine celebration of flavor-focused innovation.
