About This Beer
St Austell Proper Job IPA PerfectDraft Keg embodies the spirit of Cornish brewing — bold, honest, and full of flavour. Named after the Cornish phrase for “a job well done”, this beer was one of the first UK IPAs to embrace American hops, setting the standard for British craft brewing in the modern era.

Golden in colour and perfectly balanced, Proper Job delivers a fresh hop punch without overwhelming bitterness. It’s brewed using English malted barley and a blend of American hops to create a harmonious mix of sweetness and bitterness that’s refreshing and satisfying in equal measure.

The PerfectDraft format ensures the beer’s aromatic profile is preserved, allowing every pint to pour crisp and lively, just as it would at the St Austell Brewery taproom.
