This limited edition whiskey began its journey at Great Northern Distillery, meticulously matured for five years in first fill bourbon casks before receiving its final character from Black Donkey's Rubicon ale casks. This collaboration with Black Donkey Brewing in Ballinlough, Co. Roscommon highlights the innovative spirit of both the craft beer and whiskey industries in Ireland.
