• 2 parts (40ml) Unflavoured Vodka

• 1 part (20ml) Coffee Liqueur

• 1.5 parts (30ml) Fresh Chilled Espresso

• 0.5 part (10ml) Sugar Syrup

Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Cosmopolitan

Zesty and vibrant with a crisp cranberry finish.

• 2 parts (40ml) Unflavoured Vodka

• 1 part (20ml) Orange Liqueur

• 1 part (20ml) Lime Juice

• 2 parts (40ml) Cranberry Juice

Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled martini glass. A slice of dehydrated orange for a classy citrus finish.

Pornstar Martini

Fruity, indulgent, and always a crowd-pleaser.

• 2 parts (40ml) Vanilla Vodka

• 1 part (20ml) Passionfruit Liqueur or Passionfruit Purée

• 1 part (20ml) Lime Juice

• 1 part (20ml) Sugar Syrup

• 2 parts (40ml) Passionfruit Juice or extra purée

• Plus a 30ml shot of Prosecco on the side

Shake everything (except the prosecco) with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Serve prosecco in a shot glass on the side.
