Producer Background
Founded in 2010 by Tore Gynther, To Øl (meaning “Two Beers” in Danish) began as a gypsy brewery, producing beers at other facilities before opening its own state-of-the-art site, To Øl City, in 2020. Located in the town of Svinninge, this converted food production complex is now a sprawling hub for brewing, collaboration, and creativity.
To Øl quickly gained a reputation for brewing hop-forward beers with balance and finesse, introducing Denmark and the wider world to new-wave IPAs, sour beers, and barrel-aged experiments that rivalled American trailblazers.
