Food Pairings
The bright hop profile and tropical fruit notes of Lineman White Noise IPA make it an excellent pairing for flavourful dishes.
Spicy foods work particularly well with hop-forward beers. Dishes such as buffalo wings, spicy tacos, or Thai curries are complemented by the citrus and tropical hop flavours, which help balance heat while enhancing flavour.
Grilled meats also pair beautifully with this IPA. Burgers, barbecue chicken, and grilled sausages work well with the beer’s bitterness, which cuts through rich flavours while complementing smoky notes from the grill.
Seafood dishes such as fish tacos or grilled prawns highlight the refreshing qualities of the beer and allow the hop aromatics to shine.
Rich cheeses such as mature cheddar, gouda, or blue cheese provide another excellent pairing, as the bitterness contrasts with creamy textures while the tropical hop flavours add complexity.
