Producer Background
Established in 2014 by Emma Devlin and Cathal O’Donoghue, Rascals Brewing started life in Rathcoole and quickly became a favourite of the Irish craft beer community. The brewery relocated in 2018 to a purpose-built site in Inchicore, Dublin, which also houses a pizza restaurant and taproom — now a buzzing destination for beer lovers from across the city and beyond.
Rascals’ ethos is simple: don’t take life too seriously, but take beer seriously. Their beers balance approachability with originality, from classics like Happy Days Session Pale Ale and Yankee White IPA to limited releases featuring fruit infusions, dessert-inspired stouts, and collaborations with artists and local producers.
