Verdant Brewing Co was founded in 2014 by Adam Robertson, James Heffron, and Rich White, who originally set out to create hop-forward beers that were hard to find in the UK at the time. Inspired by the juicy IPAs coming out of the US, they began small-scale brewing in a shipping container before scaling up to a dedicated facility in Falmouth. Their focus has remained consistent — showcasing expressive hops with an emphasis on aroma, softness, and haze.
Their beers are unfiltered, unpasteurised, and often double dry-hopped, resulting in vibrant, juicy profiles with low bitterness and pillowy mouthfeel.
