This Single Malt Irish whiskey is crafted from 100% malted barley and undergoes a meticulous production process. Initially, the whiskey is matured in first-fill Bourbon casks, which impart rich vanilla and toffee notes. It is then finished in Bodegas Baron sherry casks, adding layers of dried fruit and subtle spice. The whiskey is triple distilled, non-chill filtered, and bottled without added colour at a natural 43% ABV, preserving its authentic flavour profile.

West Cork Distillers began in a small room at the back of Denis' house in Union Hall. Despite the economic challenges, their passion for creating high-quality Irish whiskeys led them to success. In 2014, they moved to a new facility in Skibbereen, significantly expanding their operations. Today, the distillery operates on a 12.5-acre site on Marsh Road, with a distillation capacity of 4 million litres of pure alcohol. West Cork Distillers' products are now sold in nearly 70 countries, reflecting their global reach and reputation for excellence.
