The West Cork Black Cask is a carefully crafted, blend of locally sourced malt and grain Irish whiskey. The whiskey is aged in first fill bourbon casks for a minimum of three years, and then matured for up to a further year in heavily charred bourbon casks. The result is a beautifully balanced whiskey with notes of caramel and vanilla and a lingering sweetness on the palate.
