The light, delectable brandy is produced in northern Chile, just outside of Vicua, in the stunning Elqui Valley. Tucked away in the high Andes, the wine-growing region is known for its Muscat grape varieties and as the home of Chile's best-selling pisco brand. The 100% natural brandy is double distilled in small batches from Muscat, Pedro-Jimenez, and Torontel grapes and pristine mountain spring water. The young brandy is triple filtered and bottled at 80 proof after distillation.
The extremely popular Capel Premium Pisco is a distinct pleasure. The gleaming, straw-colored pisco is fragrant, with a seductive herbal and fruit bouquet. The intensity of its fresh grape aromas lasts an impressively long time. The satiny textured brandy is pleasantly warming, lavishly endowed with spice, herbs, and peppery fruit flavours, and has a dry elegant finish that lasts a long time.
