It is made with the varieties Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo from vines over 15 years old. The picking is made by hand and it is aged for 25 months in American-oak barrels. It's got a balsamic aroma with notes of ripe fruit. In the mouth it's fresh, light and persistent with soft and round tannins.This wine matches with ham, mature cheeses, stew with not very spicy sauces, cooked or boiled legumes, poultry, red meat and all kind of roast and grilled meat.
